Cambrige Technologe_Scanner system_Supercan
Cambridge Technology is engage in various galvo scanner system, famous for its world ahead quality, provide the components in use of many industry including laser marking, laser engraving,3Dprinting,medica and cosmetology, Ophthalmic therapy, aerospace, stage laser etc. And the mainly kinds of stage laser scanner system would be CT-6800, CT-6210, CT6215.
Supercan engage in stage laser industry for almost two decade, so now I think to tell something about CT scanner compare with convention ones, for example of CT-6215 , here we go:
1. High load capacity motor, the peak current to 5A (domestic motor peak current general 1.8A below), the most direct expression is greater lens load, can be applied to high power lasers, such as 10W above laser light. Such a laser through light beam diameter is relatively large, if you don't have a big enough lens, laser light will not complete refract, that almost no other galvo scanner has capable to do this, what if they sacrifice the device lifetimes to make it done. I would say that really a tragedy, both for customers and manufactures.
2. Scanning
angle larger, galvo scanner in use of many industries only has ± 20degrees
scanning angle, so does stage laser light industry. That is a problom that
annoy motor industry for decades , even if the best is only positive and
negative 30 degrees, then how about CT-6215? The answer is ± 40 degrees, that
is 80 degrees. We mean: if the two sets of laser lights with different
deflection angles are placed at the same distance from the projection plane,
you will get a bigger picture. That gap may not the size of 60 and 80 of the
ratio, but a geometric increase difference. If you want the details, plz read this
article.
The CT scanning speed is higher. Because the peak current of the motor is very
high, it means that if you have enough power supply, the torque will be much
greater, so the scanning speed will be higher. But some people will say that it
is just only 30Kpps ah?
3. OK,that just like a storm bolt stun me for seconds. That would reach 30Kpps when the lens is 9*20mm, but if the lens is 7*14mm, it will reach nearly 45Kpps, if the load 5*8mm lens, it is entirely possible to run 60Kpps. So here comes another saying, why do you want such a big lens ah? Let's move the beam diameter of some commonly used color laser:
OPSL 532nm 8W is 2.3~3mm (United Statescoherent laser)
637nm 7W KVANT is 6.5mm
DPSS laser is 9.5mm
At this time, you should make sense, right? If a small lens, laser beam is loose . Assuming 20 Watt color laser pass it, the actual output may only 12W or lower, then you just buy a 12W laser projector for the price of 20W . In fact, it is an experience on choosing the scanning module, that the perfect balance with laser power, spot diameter and scanning speed.
4. CT motor is more stable and more durable. Since we use CT-6215 since the beginning of 2008, how many of repair? The answer is none. To this end, we have gone through a long period of time to verify that theCambridgemotor is indeed very durable, very stable. Therefore, the high power laser projector we made is only equipped withCambridge.
